Risk Acknowledgment: I understand these activities involve inherent risks of injury, illness, disability, property damage, or death, including but not limited to injuries caused by falls, contact with equipment or other participants, and the physical demands of the activity.

Release of Liability: I voluntarily release, waive, and discharge Goat Shack Boxing, its owners, employees, trainers, agents, and affiliates from all liability, including for negligence, arising from my participation or presence on premises including gym, parking areas, or off-site events.

Fitness Certification: I certify I am physically fit to participate and will notify staff of any medical conditions or concerns before participating.

Scope and Validity: I understand this waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by California law. If any portion is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.
